Photo's to the left Illustrate a large Australian Navy (RAN) Cup and Saucer of a Pattern used by Senior Officer's of the Royal Australian Navy with Gold Topmarks and Striping.

It should be noted that this cup is HUGE! About twice the size of a standard American coffee cup. The sailor's "down under" certainly liked their coffee!

australian navy silverplate fork

Photograph to the left shows an Australian Navy Fork, a Silverplated Dinner Fork.

Nothing special about the fork except that it was electroplated (EPNS) and hallmarked A1 with no manufacturer's mark noted.

australian navy silverplated dinner spoon

Photograph shows an Australian Navy spoon, a silverplated dinner spoon or tablespoon, with a slightly different pattern than the fork but the same RAN insignia.

Again, nothing too special with the hallmarks on the stem being the same as the Australian Navy fork.

ANY TEXT BELOW THIS LINE IS SOLEY FOR THE BENEFIT OF SEARCH BOTS, SPYDERS AND OTHER DENIZENS OF THE DEEP DARK SEA INTERNET The Royal Australian Navy Plate called the Royal Navy of Australia. The Royal Australian Navy Cup apparently had fine china tableware made for it.
Which included a serving bowl or tureen. This would be a perfect gift for Australia's Naval attache, a Australian diplomat or even as a formal presentation gift for a Royal Australian Ambassador

A Royal Australian military attache would also love to have this official Australian Navy Dinnerware and tableware and perhaps even Australia's Navy dinnerware as it includes the soup bowls, fish servers, various sugar bowls and dinner plates and cups.
